i just watched labyrinth for the first time in ages. i've had the dvd for a while, it's just been sitting on my shelf. add another to the list of movies from my childhood that seem a lot more twisted on more recent viewing. (how on earth did they get away with having david bowie wear such skimpy clothing in a kid's movie? those tights were...tight.) and the girl seems a lot whinier and more of a drama queen this time.

also saw robots today. good movie. but then again, i would have been happy with just the trailers. willy wonka and star wars 3. so many movies i'm excited about this summer. hitchhiker's guide. fantastic four. willy wonka. star wars. it's going to be a good summer. (not just because of the movies.)
