jerseyfabulouscalled royal mail again today.
it really seems to be entirely dependent on who i speak to whether or not anything happens.
this time i did NOT try to report anything missing, i just pushed buttons until i got to speak to a customer service rep. told her the whole story, over a dozen items missing, magazines now being tampered with as well, and she's actually doing something in the way of initiating an investigation. i have a reference number, and if anything else happens, i'm supposed to call again and quote that number so they can keep track of what's going on.
now hopefully screenselect respond with a list of dates when dvds disappeared. it would be good to have a complete list.
