trillian is having issues. i blame microsoft, because let's face it, it's usually their fault somehow when things go wrong.

saw the italian job tonight. yes, the remake. yes, i know michael caine was not in it. but you know what? i didn't see the one with michael caine in it. i don't care! i liked this one. it was good. i'm easily amused. seth green causing traffic jams in la so a bunch of minis can tear around the city works for me. oh, and the matrix revoluations trailer was on there. as if i needed a reminder. but the trailer i really want to see is still rotk.

sounds like they don't think they can win on the merits, since they're threatening to make the process take as long as possible if it goes class action. bravo wal-mart, way to show those values! you wouldn't pay them, but you'll pay to fight them. i'll go somewhere else to do my shopping, and i'll live without getting stuff 5 cents cheaper. had it up to HERE with walmart trying to push their priggish, sexist, outdated sometime last century mores on everyone.
