funny how they're only activists if they're liberal. show me where the hell in the constitution it says the president has the power to suspend the constitution. and yes, that's EXACTLY what that ruling says. we're talking about a us citizen arrested on us soil being held indefinitely without charge on secret evidence and denied access to counsel. and what the minddead mitläufer joe average bush voters fail to comprehend is that when you assault the rights of one person, you've assaulted the rights of all. the precedent has been set, and will be used. if it can be done to one person, it can be done to anyone. and since there's no way to contest the government's claims, they could easily be wrong or just plain making it all up about this guy...or anyone.
