If you guessed that what's wrong is that high voter turnout maxes out at 30%, you're absolutely right. High voter turnout as percentage of registered party voters, which means people who actually are registered and do vote, as opposed to percentage of the population who are theoretically eligible to vote.

Also, since that reminds me, I am still doing P365r2. I have some nice photos to post. But I'm also having technical difficulties, so I'm not sure if there will be a catchup post later today or not. (Don't worry, nothing I can't sort, just something that requires me taking the time to sit down and sort, and possibly the camera manufacturer's website to bloody cooperate, and it just hasn't happened the past few days.)
