brenna, remember the day we ate lunch at bk and they took forever and STILL couldn't get my card to go through and eventually we paid cash? they charged me anyway. i've already called my credit card company to dispute. the guy laughed when i told him the reason i was disputing the charge: "because i don't want to pay for my burger and fries twice!" jackasses.

in other (better) news, for once i managed to conduct a transaction at my bank without them scaring me with their lack of primary school math skills. wonders never cease.
