Yeah, I've been a bit behind on both P365 and the food log. I did eat yesterday. (I have witnesses!) Trying to get back in the swing of both regular meals at somewhat normal times... but that is my breakfast and I made it myself.

I think I could make a decent case for a waffle maker in a house, once I have more than 2 square feet of counter space. I go out to breakfast every Sunday. I could save time and gas! (I'm sure that's what everyone with 20 zillion gadgets has told themselves.) :)

This is true, but my limited cabinet space is also kind of full. (I COULD probably get a waffle maker in one of them, though. Just cleaned them all out last week.) :)

You also just made me realize that, now that there IS room in the cabinets, I can probably put away the Foreman grill and the coffeemaker, because they get used, but not often enough that it's necessary they be on the counter.

Sorry, that was far too much of an explanation for something that could have just been summarized with "yeah." :)
